Meet Your Instructor
Hi, I’m Anne Traver—a Certified Integrative Health Coach, wife, mom of three, and founder of Traver Wellness.
Wellness has been a deeply personal journey for me. I’ve navigated hormonal imbalances, mindset struggles, physical recovery, and the emotional toll of trying to “get healthy” while managing real life.
I created Wellness Wave to give you a path to wellness that’s filled with grace, not guilt—one that helps you build healthy habits that actually stick. I’ll be guiding and supporting you throughout the summer, and I can’t wait to walk this journey with you.
